Prayer Request

My cousin, Lynnette Luna, and her husband Paul are asking for prayers for their oldest son, Mason. They live near Denver. This is the email I received from my Aunt. Please keep them in your prayers!

Dear Friends,

We are in need of your prayers. Our oldest grandson Mason, is seriously ill with a blockage to his kidney. He was probably born with this but only discovered now after he started getting severe pain on Sunday night. His right kidney is enlarged 10 times what it should be. The blockage is in the top of the kidney where the tube goes into the kidney. It would be a fairly easy surgery to take the blockage out and reattached the tube if the kidney is a functioning kidney but the doctor has doubts that it is. Mason will under some renal scans to see how damaged that kidney is. If it is damaged too much, they will have to remove the kidney also. Along with that, the other kidney looks somewhat damaged too.............perhaps it has been overworked all these years. If that kidney is damaged too, then he will be in need of a kidney transplant. He is only 7 years old and scared. Please pray for his pain to subside and a miracle for his damaged kidneys.
